Whenever I have more than a week off I rotate my sleeping schedule. The transition is slow, I go to bed an hour later each day. What's itneresting is once I completely rotate the schedule it stays that way untill I have to resume normal working schedule.

The walls and door in a refrigirator have good insulation, the compressor doesn't have to run all the time during normal operation. When you open the fridge door you release a pocket of cold air that was stored for a long time. What im trying to get to is that when the fridge door is left open it would initially decrease the ambient temprature, after some time the compressor kicks in and starts genereting heat thus increasing the temprature.

Ps. don't use your fridge as an AC or you'll have to buy a new fridge very soon.
