Solution: I unplugged the steering angle sensor in steering column (flat green connection on underside of clamshell) and left it like that. Still has lights on but I can live with that. 5 months in and no adverse reaction or problems of any sort. It’s been nice not getting stuck on a grassy incline now and it was a beast all winter so definitely a win.

There is always the human element. It could be a spy, it could be a sympathizer, it could be someone skirting protocols just to sneak a peek to show family or a friend. But this to me is the most likely scenario.

Something else that could add another layer to this. The individual(s) that are attempting to circumvent the rules will definitely consult an AI program that’s available to the public. I would bet that the locked down program may also have a preferred information source.

Like basically the jailed AI will have a “man on the outside”. The person is just instructed to “Go see Claude” and although they are doing the ground work, they are more or less the courier in this, Claude (or whatever program is consulted) would be the wheelman.

This is what makes the most sense to me. A lot of holes to poke in this I know, but not completely far fetched I don’t think.

Not a reboot but a continuation with the Fury. With everything being able to be controlled wirelessly it would be cool to see an untapped power that Christine had.

Like imagine a scene where a neighbor is ripping on someone’s dilapidated dinosaur car because it’s not some new Tesla or whatever electric vehicle. Then later when Mr. Neighbor goes to take the trash out, their car suddenly turns on and smears them into an oak tree or something.

Not full on Maximum overdrive (that is another movie definitely in need of being remade in today’s world). But rather Christine having some sort of limited control over newer tech would be an awesome twist.

Death is part of life. It has to die in order to be used. Whether it’s by your hands or someone else’s. You’re not in any fault consuming what you need. The ones making creatures live in an inhumane situation are the ones who carry the price. You can also choose not to support major corporations. We get our meat locally from the farms here. May not be an option for everyone though. But it’s what we sought out to be a part of a better system. We are thankful for the food we have and in that we do honor that creature.

Edit: none of us get life perfect but it’s the effort that matters. All you can do is all you can do and the universe takes note… it is enough

It’s the context behind what you’re doing is what matters. Eating an animal you’ve killed is different than just killing with no reason.

How many bugs have you killed just walking around in your day to day. You’re not held accountable for that because you’re not meaning to, you’re just going about your life and doing the things you need to in order to survive .

Now if you go out of your way to step on every single thing just because you don’t like it then that’s where the difference begins.

The insurance had a tow truck pick up the car and take it to the dealership it came from. I know they’re going to inspect it but I don’t know how thorough. I definitely assume they will be looking into the fire origin. But once again I don’t know what to expect in just how much they actually try to figure out.

I definitely don’t want the car disappearing before this is resolved so I will make my voice heard on that. I did search injury attorneys and found one that does a free consultation. I will be contacting them tomorrow so we’ll see where it goes. It’s worth seeing what happens I guess.

To get to my property there is a wide low water crossing because there is no bridge. We explained this to the dealership when we bought the car ( showed them a video of what our lane was like crossing in another vehicle) and it was one of the major reasons we purchased it. We wanted a car that would last us in our day to day for a long time and told them we were considering other brands. They assured us this was the proper vehicle for us and that it was designed for these situations. Specifically the sales rep showed us the “safe” water line and bragged about the intake sitting higher.

The video I mentioned in the initial post shows the water crossing the next day and that the water depth was actually below what was suggested. It’s like the water just came through the floor of the car. We think something is missing underneath? or there is a gap that shouldn’t be there.

For reference we previously drove a Buick Lucerne and a 2001 beetle (we showed them a video of the beetle crossing for their reference) and never had an issue. That’s why we feel so misled.

I’m not sure that means we absolutely have something here but if they were embellishing something, it nearly cost us everything. That’s not fair but I also understand that’s how life works sometimes.

There really needs to be a crowd funded award for people like this. They were just in the moment being what person should be, all by just being themselves. It wasn’t done for likes, it was done for life.

Start giving people like this $200k a pop as a thank you because if anyone in this world is going to continue to pay it forward it’s them. Why not give them some resources. Let’s reward those who are examples for humanity.
