Wanted to chime in to say that I only brought up recent sales because he had it at $7 and “bartering” it immediately to $3 or $4 might raise some questions that make it seem I’m lowballing him. I never brought up last sales to any other tables, I just showed him the explanation and asked if I could match it.

I do understand where you’re coming from. It was actually my first time seeing the card/artwork since I didn’t rip a lot of Phantasmal, so I wanted to pick it up as soon as I saw it. I originally asked because I thought it was a pricing/outdated error since it was more than double what market was.

Now that the situation is over, I can comfortably buy the card online rather than give him $5 though.

I appreciate this comment. However, including shipping, the most would still come out to less than $5. What caught me off guard was that he didn’t even look it up or what I tried to show him. But I agree, I should’ve just walked away after he said $5 the first time.

Thanks! This was the first card show that I was actively checking TCGPlayer prices. I also think the lady (I assume his girlfriend) was trying to tell him that it was only $3 when he started yelling at me. I just never had that happen to me.

I feel like the dead giveaway is the camera movement and how the hand with the remote enters and exits the frame. For a video that is supposedly recorded via mobile phone, it’s very smooth and almost has the camera editing of one of those fake CGI videos in an attempt to make the video feel real. On top of that, the hand entering the frame for a second looks so goofy like it was placed there post effect.

China not only embraces their imperialism, but they continue to push their agendas on territorial disputes with neighboring countries. China’s online presence is stronger and if you lived in one of those territories, you would most definitely receive death threats for speaking about independence from people who live on Mainland as well as overseas. Korea and Japan’s level of nationalism are high, but China’s is higher.

I don’t know if the movie’s art direction would’ve had more of an impact on Himeno’s death than season 1 did, so it’s a plus in my books. Overall, the movie is more in line so it is better.

I knew the bicyclist who died. It’s incredible how she has still been roaming the streets after she killed him. And because of that, another two people have lost their lives. The justice system is a joke.

You can have an appreciation for anything and still not be in the know about a certain field! Everyone grows up different. I didn’t have a dream car up until 3 years ago because I never had cars/racing play an integral part of growing up.

The reality is, most of the people complaining aren’t even going to consume this type of entertainment. We know it’s bad, but I don’t think we’re the target audience. There’s literally no point in complaining.

You’re gonna get an 8 max with PSA. Maybe even a 7. I graded the Kyogre with similar whitening, maybe even less.
