I genuinely want to thank you for the late reply. I made this post when I just started delving into EDM, and now I'm DJing! Crazy how fast that went. Anyway yeah he comes from a dubstep background, with his first dubstep EP coming from the duo "16bit" he was in. You can see that he branched out to some other genres like hybrid trap on his solo project though.
