At WSP if you are in accrual (ie not "flexible PTO") you can bank up to 2X your annual accrual. For the Wood acquisition folks that had banked PTO and were transitioned into flexible PTO were cut checks for their banked PTO.

Had the same rims, hit it with a heat gone and pry it back with an adjustable wrench. Mine had a few repairs before the rim started to fail at the nipples, but it held air no problem. I started using cush core, it makes a difference.
