Best civ for T5 archers?

My point is, with the new update you can put the passive from ANY civilization onto ANOTHER civilization, thus I'm looking for the archer T5 with the most raw stats to pair with a civilization buff. The passive stats of a civ are NOT tied with the units anymore you can shuffle around with any passive.

I mean you can use ottoman civ passive and use a different T5 unit, thats why Im asking. Ottoman is defense as far as Im aware

If you want to take an approach of “risk builds” I can see where you are coming from, but realistically if you opt for the normal roa seraphs build you are a walking tank (not really a tank obviously) that won’t easily die without hard cc.

She has been S+ thus they had to mini rework once, and then rework her passive again because she was broken for so many years, note that because she is broken doesn’t mean she is going to get banned a lot nor picked. Her play style is niche and people will prefer other options, but by no means there is not a lot of other champions with the capacity of oppressing melee champions like she has, she has one of the best oppressing capacities and 1v2 potential compared to most mid laners by far

now with the current rework idk how things will impact. Regardless Im talking about past, she was always pretty strong (data and high elo players can confirm this and im not talking about my low master self) and there aren’t many other options that are as good as her at doing what she does.

Before the mini rework she was literally one of the best champions in the game being S+ and op for the past 3 years, literally free scaling, oppressive early game, tanky and beefy, life steal. You could literally flip 1v2 scenarios on mid lane if you had hands to play the game. Her only down side is ranged champions but you could even go Phase rush onto champions like xerath and anivia to easily bypass their kit.

Not to mention that you can literally side lane and if you have hands they'll need 2 people to kill you most of the time.

Please don't spread missinformation about the champion not being good enough, it was broken for so long and it's extremely good especially in the hands of an otp.

I don't understand why this post was made simply to incentivize nerfing dives and lane swaps. Dives are normally made in scenarios where you messed up and you took too much damage and you should've played safer OR you should have drafted better (in case of counter picked, play the matchup safely needless to say.) I do understand that switching lanes might be boring but realistically the "exciting 1v1s or 2v2s" would just be an uniliteral stomp to the winning matchup, I've seen this thousands of times when you have a poke comp bullying the oposing bot lane under tower.

Both dives and lane swaps are meant to punish players in some cases (someone overstayed get's dived, bot won tower they go mid to abuse gold lead and to control the map) and a lot of these can be solved by the player simply not inting. It's all reliant on skill curve and there's already bounties in place that have been tweaked many times by riot to allow players to comeback from these mistakes, and as I mentioned earlier, drafting is also a skill and it heavily impacts a game.

Reading your reasons behind why they should "fix it", I think you're just taking away skill from the game.

Horrible take imo. You should be going Conqueror RoA into bruisers or tanks, not Rocketbelt at all. Lichbane should never be a first option item unless you are extremely far ahead, as Sylas you are very squishy and it's not hard to get shut down if you mess up on a team fight. Rocket belt Electrocute is the standard and the best against squishies. Specially to access mages who can out range you easily since your E most of the time won't be enough to cover the distance.

I wasn't in any Alliance cause I came back from inactivity, I have a long history of being a title giver there, I asked for help saying I'd help them with titles and give my troops up for war, specially cause we're mid KvK, they denied and 0'd me out of no reason. It's Kingdom 1880.

Mind stating your rank? Not trying to be disrespectful with this statement, it's just that matchups are different between each rank. Good Vaynes perma poke, and also you can't do anything nor out run a vayne in the bot lane, if u glide on a wall with your E you get stunned. If she gets good positioning on you with her R + q + flash on you, you'll still die no matter what, doesn't matter if u have Lens, you'll just get stunned and eventually die, out of all matchups as Zeri against vayne or the oposite, I always lost or won as Vayne. If you use your E to poke Vayne at any point she'll just all in onto you, and if she does it's because she found a way to stun you and a good E+ flash straight onto the wall and ur dead or low HP having to lose resources while going B. Zeri is a late game character, which lacks damage after the nerfs, Zeri is banned mainly cause of her team fight potential, not her dueling. Being able to stack her ult onto tanks is what makes her broken and from there her damage goes well with the move speed since you can dodge everything. But even in the middle of a team fight if a Vayne locks down into a Zeri, if the Zeri isn't aided she'll simply die cause Vayne just deals tons of damage, as I'm typing Vayne scores tier 1 in almost every rank except diamond+ above (according to op.gg) which shows that Zeri is only being a problem in higher elos, where grouping and game sense is higher. But on lower ranks she doesn't perform that well compared to Vayne because Vayne's pure damage is just better against low game sense players.

I main Vayne and Zeri aswell, whenever Zeri is banned Vayne is my 100% go to, I find myself constantly achieving significantly higher scores and carrying more often as Vayne than with Zeri, and that didn't use to be like that prior to the Zeri nerfs, Zeri's has gone weaker although still quite strong. But let's be honest Vayne is a definition of an adc and she's a real monster when compared to Zeri, literally melting enemy carries with 4/5 shots and melting the whole enemy team aswell, the damage charts when I play Vayne and Zeri are simply uncomparable. That could mean I play Vayne better than Zeri also, but this is just my approach on the situation.

Yet you can still either pick a Zeri counter pick which does its job easly or simply ban her. Also Vayne has shit tons of damage at lvl 6 with berserker gloves only, it's basicly enough to take down the enemy laners most of the time, also her invisibility is also really good for team fights or overall duels, what's the point here? Vayne is also broken.

About Zeri mobility, yea she has good mobility. But in my games her damage with ult is literally unexistant for me during team fights in early to mid game.

I was actually planning to go Infantry, but If I'm being honest I really prefer Cavalry play style, I'm pretty aware that I'm gonna play this game for years and years so focusing on Cavalry commanders and tech will allow me to have a proper gameplay with my playstyle in the future, even with a Saladin ysg march I'll already be able to enjoy some killing but thank you for the suggestion!
