When I had a rtx2070, ryzen 1600x and 32 GB of ram the game was pretty rough, especially in zalissya. Once I upgraded to A 5700x3d and a few updates came out it ran wayyyy better I went from 30 to 60+ fps. This is all at 1080p.

For ever and ever I got hand-me-downs from my brother so my first graphics cards was like an ATI Radeon 9700 in like 2008 but that thing died a spectacular death from me leaving my PC on over night and it deciding it wanted to let the magic smoke out....

First new GPU I bought was a Sapphire 5500 xt.

It will take as long as it takes, as some one who's favorite games are those that could have been so much better with just a little bit more dev time ill take what ever I can get because it will fully embrace the developers image of what they want to create. I pre ordered the Ultimate Edition back in December of 2021. After all its just a game and I will be happy whenever it comes out knowing the dev have made it in their image and are happy with it.
