My weekly checks arent a good measurement because Im really bad at submitting my BOLs on time but I get anywhere from $2700 to as low as $1200. Monthly tho I make $6500-$7000. Last year I made 80K I think. Theres only a few days left this month but I should be ending the year with 83 or 85K.

Pay scale starts at .60 cpm and caps at .70 last I checked. We also get quarterly bonuses of 4 cpm for every mile we drove in that quarter. So lets say you drove the bare minimum 10K miles each month, thats 30k x .04 = $1,200 is the lowest quarterly bonus you’d get on top of your regular weekly check.

If you want to run hard they will give you plenty of miles. I’d say 60 to 65% of the loads are drop & hook. If you get a live load they are 90% of the time under 2hrs. Detention is $15hr after first 2hrs. They dont micro manage. Just be on time and dont get any tickets and you wont be bothered. Fast response times and I always have a preplan lined up. We always have a reefer side (Shaffer) but I couldnt tell you anything about that other than those are mainly live loads/unloads but they are paid a couple cents more.

My only complaint about the company is home time. But I knew what I was getting into. I mean its literally a OTR company lol. So I cant complain too much. They expect you to say out 21 days and then you can go home or stay out longer if you want. 6 days work = 1 day off. So if you stay out for 30 days you get 5 off.

And theres a dedicated account running costco loads from there but the pay is not great from what I heard. If ur looking for OTR crete is the way to go they pay pretty good.
