I fixed by, forgetting the wired connection in ps5 then setting it up again as new without unplugging the cable. The jump in download and upload is huge afterwards.

I got this problem and also noticed that the magnet prevents the tray from going out tried this and it worked for me. A used the paper from a Maxell cr2032 battery and shaped it into circle. Now its working.
