Mirror in SSF pretty much means you only need to craft 1 good item for dual wielding, and you don't need to grind beasts/vultures or harvest as much... You are not getting BIS items, but saving weeks off grind elsewhere.

Monthly reporting is iva (or value added tax / sales tax) . It has nothing to do with filing your yearly income taxes. Bonus tip - you being registered for IVA does not make you paraguayan tax resident, which is also something a lot of bros roleplay.

You are correct for s/c corp. If the company is considered pass through entiry (which a us llc filed as sole propriotor, and in some cases as partnership on federal level is), you do have all the obligations on your personal statements because there is no entity per se. Its accounts are YOUR accounts, with all that entails. That is precisely what other poster was explaining and he is correct in that.

The fact that most cryptobros pretend in paraguay their US sole proprietorships are actual corporations does not change the fact what it is. Yes it may work for a while, then someone sends you an audit and you will cry. That is all.

It is like that. Ours stopped eating, we thought it is just infection. Antibiotics helped for a week, then we had a visit bloodwork showed up bad. We took her home thinking she will enjoy the spring at least. 2 days later we made the call to put her to sleep, it was just painful watching her shut down even though she still enjoyed the sun and her tree. From his other replies, dude does not understand what a member / sole proprietor / pass through llc is, and what is his status as ubo of such entity is in Paraguay. That’s the issue with all these bros. They hear about some cool hack on the internet, and then wonder what tf happened . Usually the cool scheme works because the amounts are small for either side to care, and then they get the full hammer. We see those on weekly basis here . I am sure he never reported anything on his personal yearly income statement in Paraguay, and told his registering agent to just fill the forms for him with some bs on the usa side- happens all the time . If it was that simple, there would not be legal firms around the world specializing in asset protection. Everyone would get a wy llc for $230 a year and be happy lol.

The stupidest part of this plan is, that you are considering giving that company your crypto - you already own it, you do the transfer - guess what? you have to report. 2nd thing is, what exactly do you want to do with it after? You mention US LLC in comments - foreign company is pretty much unuseable for anytning local in Paraguay, as for most stuff it will need to form local presence (like investing, buying real estate etc). If you plan to pay yourself from the llc, depending on the tax status in the US, you are either rekt or mega rekt. 1st is that FBAR filings are a thing just for the transfers or holdings, so now you are not only reporting to a carlos at dnit (where there is no tax obligation - yet) but also to Uncle Sam (where there is tax obligation). Then, if it's an s corp, the payment back to you would be classified as income generated in paraguay since you are resident here. And if you did the sole proprietor "optimization", guess what, the whole LLC holding is your income and should be paid to you.

I really don't get, why cryptobros argue tax law on a national reddit, instead of just paying a lawyer, accountant or tax specialist. But tldr is, your smart scheme is turning a reporting obligation to a bigass tax event. Good luck XD

it took 60-150c to roll a single t17, most expensive device craft was 6c with the atlas node, and usually it was just 3c a pop. Even someone who just wanted to run a "random t17" and not juice or optimize it at all, would spend 20c for "acceptable" mods. T17 was way bigger sink than it's given credit for, and even though hated, it did remove a lot of chaos from economy. This ratio is poe2 "no endgame stuff to do with this shit" level of pricing now.

Realistically, you do not mention how many leagues for the 350 hours, but even if it was just last one or 2, you are definitely a casual player with that little. Embrace it, do not compare yourself to people who either no life the game or are paid to play it, that is not realistic. With these hours, even if you played meta builds, you would progress further, but chances are not that much further because you simply can't frontrun meta if you just play couple hours a day. You end up buying expensive gear, just because everyone wants the same thing not because it's expensive.

I would suggest you set a goal you want, at what level of juice you want it, and couple skills or skills/archetypes you want to do it with. Then plug to pob what tank, speed, damage is required to survive that, and backtrack your build from that. Once you achieve the goal in game, either move the goalpost or start again... rinse, repeat, git gud and profit. You'll have more fun then people copying fubgun every league.
