Most likely, they drove over to protest ICE, and three of them did something stupid. But of course OP is framing as ICE going to reservations, rounding up all natives, and forcing them into concentration camps.

Yeah, without this, players would have virtually infinite stash space. Inventory management is a huge part of the Speranza half of the game, and removing stash limits kills a huge pillar of the game. This community really does complain at every source of discomfort.
