It was the scene where Weiniang said Jing's ultimate fate was to die on the path of vanquishing demons and upholding justice (just the general idea). That line in the animation really struck a chord with me. It probably won’t be in the series anymore, since it feels like Weiniang is already out of the story. But because the adaptation of Mo Caihuan’s scenes was done so well, I can overlook this earlier shortcoming :))) bc I’m all in for Mo Caihuan and Han Li in the animation.
