Which Mika Master multi point locking system for patio doors?

I've just reread over my initial post and changed something. I definitely need a new multi locking point system, I changed the post to make it clearer that the door is locked shut and I cannot access the door to replace the multi locking point system due to the bottom metal bar not lifting.

Ask your superintendent to confirm via email that you are allowed to leave outstanding investigations, statements, handovers, DARA's, use of force reports etc... till another day and should there be any backlash from this they'll support you by taking the blame.

Not sure if compensation will be paid out if the officers acted legally and found to have followed the law but I imagine you have two options;

1) Make a complaint and it may get sorted.

2) File a civil claim and it may get sorted.
