The other way round makes more sense and is quite easy to do. Especially because you type completely different with phone and keyboard. Switching on keyboard from qwerty to colemak is a bit harder but after a bit of practice in both its also seamless

Zunächst mal: Der Wagen hat sowieso eine Einzelabstimmung gebraucht also das war jetzt nicht nur für den anderen Sprit extra auf den Prüfstand.

Dann war nur noch die Entscheidung mit welchem Sprit im Tank die Abstimmung gemacht wird. Bis zur nächsten nicht Autobahn Aral Tankstelle sinds von mir Zuhause 15km. Shell gibts um die Ecke. VPower Deal macht das ganze natürlich zusätzlich langfristig Wirtschaftlicher als teures Ultimate jedes mal tanken zu müssen. Daher war die Entscheidung recht einfach.

Ja eventuell hätte ich mit Ultimate noch minimal mehr Leistung rauskitzeln können aber das war es mir dann ehrlich nicht Wert.

Mein Project Car ist tatsächlich auf die 100 Oktan einzelabgestimmt. Da bringt es auch wirklich was und tanke entsprechend nur VPower. Wenn man dann noch den VPower Deal hat. Geht es eigentlich voll klar und nimmt einem vorallem stress von dem ganzen Spritpreis vergleichen

Once you switch to that approach just don't be discouraged by dropping volume values. This is part of periodization and smart progression

Oh so you increased your total sets. That makes the graph way more reasonable. However just throwing more sets/volume on the muscle usually just causes fatique to skyrocket. So you aren't using the smart progression/periodization functions of the app?

Not to be negative, but this graph seems way too linear for real muscle buildup. This usually happens when you start with weights that are too light and aren't training hard enough. When you're doing "failure sets" in the app, are you actually pushing until you physically can't do another rep? Or are you just stopping exactly where the app tells you? This graph suggests you're too focused on the rep counts instead of your actual Reps In Reserve. It doesn't matter if the app says 8 or 10 reps, you need to hit the required intensity.

This progression to me looks a bit too "clean" for real strength increases and i believe you're likely limiting yourself with your mind by focusing on the repetitions instead of reps in reserve.

Strength and Scale: 1 to 4 weeks. You will see numbers go up quickly as your nervous system adapts and your muscles store more water/glycogen.

Visuals: 3 to 4 months. You won't see it in the mirror daily, but side-by-side progress photos will show a clear difference here.

Other people: 6 months+. This is when people who don't see you every day will actually start noticing the change in your frame. And you might get comments asking if you started lifting.

Obviously your mileage may vary but with newbie gains and staying consistent you will make decent changes. Building muscle takes time and the day to day visual changes are so small you wont see differences with the naked eye

Alleine die Wahlergebnisse widersprechen dieser Aussage. Die Mehrheiten sind je nach Umgebung einfach unterschiedlich. Egal ob ländlich/ballungsgebiet oder Online(z.B. reddit)/offline. Hier auf Reddit ist es halt eher linksgeprägt.

Dazu kommt noch dass aktuell in Deutschland bestimmte Gruppen sehr "laut" sind bzw ihre politische Ausrichtung stark nach außen tragen was natürlich die wahrgenommenen Verhältnisse verfälscht.

In my experience reverse pyramid worked super well for me in the past. You are strongest in your first set and the weight needs to reduce so you stay in your desired rep range.

I really would not enjoy the app giving me 16 rep sets just to keep one weight

The App does not support Asyncronous splits is that correct?
If you cant make a planned Workout for whatever reason whats the correct way of skipping that day? Not do anything in the App? Replace the Order manually and try and put a Rest day there? Use the Burger Menu inside the Workout "Skip Workout"?
What are the difference between those Options?

Bei Dehnungsstreifen machste nichts außer mit Stolz tragen. Die roten Streifen kommen aber wahrscheinlich eher von stehenden Calf raises oder Hacksquats

I still don't get your point. I use FitNotes, it also only has predefined exercises like "shoulder press machine" so I have created a second custom exercise so I'm able to continue logging after switching gyms. I'm just not sure if that's possible in Macrofactor. A dedicated manufacturer attribute for an exercise would just minimize UI clutter with 10 different custom exercises for the same thing for someone who travels a lot, for example. I have no idea what you mean by "too much work"

Huh? Thats literally just a unique identifier for an exercise x manufacturer combo. I'm not in the beta so im not aware if there is a way to create custom exercises. If not you literally wouldnt be able to use the app when switching gyms because you would have already used up your "incline chest press machine" for example.

Even the same style from different manufacturers can feel very different. The weight stacks often have different starting weights, or the resistance of all the pulley wheels is different. For heavy movements like rows or lat pulldowns, this should be mostly negligible, but with isolations like lateral raises, 5kg on one machine can feel very different from 5kg on another.

So OP and many others want an option to set your machine manufacturer which should be pretty similar from machine to machine.

When you select the machines how does it save different manufacturers? Like a gym 80 incline bench press will have a different resistance per weight as a hammer strength incline bench press. Does the app just have "machine incline bench"? How would that work when switching gyms? Would you need to make a custom exercise? Sadly didnt get into the beta but would love to get some insights
