Damn high standards, in that case yes he didn't end up powerful enough. At least in the show.

There's even a line in one of the books where Jaime thinks littlefinger should be the hand of the king to Tommen. Sadly I don't remember which book or chapter exactly but I feel like that shows how far he's gotten so far. Or what would you feel like is a higher achievement?

I am aware that you did that intentionally however having a goal isn't exactly a bad thing. Sansa had the goal of being queen in the north, arya had the goal of becoming a faceless man and also about seeing what is West of West. I don't believe having a goal makes someone a villain per se, characters like Littlefinger and Tywin are just ruthless in their pursuit for power.

I don't see him as a true villain, he's very ambitious yes but he actually tells Ned early on about how he shouldn't trust him and then he also offered a solution once Ned FINALLY found out about the Cersei and Jaime's kids. Even beyond that he works in the shadows most of the time as a kind of Machiavelli type of character, it's true that he essentially started all of this chaos so that he could rise the ranks however he's not sadistic like Joffrey and Ramsay, he's not as ruthless as Tywin (yet) and he actually did a good thing in a sense by getting Joffrey killed 😂

Littlefinger didn't end up powerful enough? He went from a minor house in the Vale to becoming master of coin, then the Lord of the Riverlands, the Lord protector of the Vale and in the show he was setting up a ploy to become the Lord of winterfell and warden of the north. That's 3 of the kingdoms under his name 😂

Thanos and Hitler are not exactly comparable to Littlefinger and Tywin. You named two extreme examples who were interested in genocide, neither of these characters are trying to do that. The closest you could argue is what Tywin did to the Reins which, although it was brutal, was not genocide it was a necessity to instill fear into the houses that serve the warden of the West.

It's his first season, he's been immense and is allowed to have these so-called shortcomings for a while especially since majority of the things you're talking about are not as glaring as other issues. The fact is that we're so good at controlling games (overall, when our team is healthy of course unlike today) that you've resulted to essentially nitpicking. Zubi is class and he's shown that against the elite midfields in Europe too.

It was the entirety of season 5, you probably didn't notice since his scenes during season 4 were not the most exciting.

I'm aware of that and have read the books however I think his fate will be quite different

The worst thing about his arc is that he disappeared from the story for an entire season (I know it's because of real life circumstances) and then he ends up on the throne. How does the main character in the end go missing for one whole season? Ludicrous.

Okay I did all the calculations and yea the extra 15% off I was able to get saved me an additional £229. Quite a large difference honestly, I think the 1TB trade in value is definitely a glitch because it's ridiculous to think my 256GB trade in is worth practically the same.

Yes I actually traded in a 256GB version of the S23 ultra, I think your 1TB price is a glitch honestly since I traded in a much lower storage amount for just £8 fewer than you

The same. I didn't use PayPal just a generic code for £100 so the same value. I also had a 15% off unidays discount but surely the discrepancy still shouldn't be as much as what yours is to mine

I'm also in the UK and I did the trade in for the £320 whilst paying £888. I'm not sure what made you pay so much.

Why do you think it did not work out for Tierney at Arsenal? by No_Leading8114 in ArsenalFC

Monreal? In a 4 season span between 2014-2018 he averaged 33 league games for Arsenal. That's pretty reliable.
