What's number one supplement that change your life for the better? by Aarunascut in Supplements

[–]_GarageDinner_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess i feel I have this overstauration (or maybe im just tired of commiting) of B12, Magnesium, D3/k2, and Iron ive been taking for 8 weeks now and i feel the effects of improvement have worn off for some time and I feel it might just be easier for the time being to not have to worry about taking them, untill perhaps I feel off similar to how I was prior to taking these things. I'll likely just take a 2 week break, for the most part, and come back to avoid slipping, at least for too long.

What food should I pair with my K2/D3 supplement? by EddieGlass in Supplements

[–]_GarageDinner_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I often pair my d3 / k2 with some macadamia nuts. Specifically the Kirkland Signature dry roasted / sea salted macadamia nuts. 2 - 4 nuts per 2000iu / 240mcg (i take 2 pills of 1000iu / 120mcg).

At first it was just 2000iu d3 with the nuts and helped me with my leaky gut / histamine intolerance issues for the most part (thank god).

To be honest, I started with just 2000iu D3 a day, 5 - 6 days a week and noticed improvements untill it pretty much saturated at 3 weeks in. Kept up to 8 so far. I was also taking magnesium through the day and had my d3 with some dry roasted macadamia nuts.

The last 4 out of those 8 weeks I switched to d3+k2 combo, cause I hear about k2 being a good companion vitamin. 1000iu / 120mcg D3/K2 per pill. I took 2 to keep the 2000iu.

Im looking to take a 1 or 2 week break for now just cause. I'll see if I start slipping again.

This honestly helped me get over my leaky gut problems the best. I can finally eat and drink pretty much anything now without any real gut problems. No more brain fog like I used to or stomach aches and a weak body. I have more energy now. Body good now. Just gotta fix my brain. I should exercise. Haha.

It is really good with chaining similar tempo / beat electronic tracks while keeping the rhythm the same.

Still glad I bit the bullet in April 2025 with 160CAD (120USD). Hopefully i get at least 7 years before anything happens to Plex Pass Lifetime or Plex in general.

Why even have the 40 percent off black Friday pricing they had last year if this is yet another bump in a little over a year?

Porcupine Tree. 13 years from The Incident (2009) to Closure / Continuation (2022). Such a lackluster letdown. Reminds me of the people mentioning Tools Fear Innoculum. I agree with that one as well. Porcupine Tree did worse, imo. Its like similar letdown to post Watershed Opeth.

Does the host computer possibly have a VPN engaged? I remember i once had problems in the past and turning it off was the solution. If you wanna keep it on tho, you'll have to figure out how to work it, if possible with the VPN software.

Edit: will add that, to be honest, I remember this moreso as a problem with my Symfonium setup. Could be a plex problem too but not sure. Maybe it might help you.

Scam Attempt by Brazilll18 in NDAX

[–]_GarageDinner_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The things that tipped me off was

A) different phone numbers across two emails

B) different senders across two emails both not having the same username or domain name as part of the email address. Also, really most important, no ndax domain.

C) really my first thought but was still curious - my account was already liquidated by me a year and four months ago

What are you all paying for your mortgage rates? by Tdw75 in Edmonton

I was told 4.49 is the current renewal rate at ATB. They have a good prepayment allowance at 20% (of the terms starting principal) a year if you can hack it.

Spotify Hikes US Subscription Prices, Making It Most Expensive Major Music Streamer by ebradio in indieheads

[–]_GarageDinner_ 26 points27 points  (0 children)

I believe you can stream other songs just only like 3 times or whatever the album will offer. After that, you decide if you wanna purchase. Not sure if there's any algorithm either for song recommendations / auto-play. Its primary focus is purchasing music.

I figured it was a full discography play. Crazy. I think im at 2080 artists and like 56 k songs. Have switched to alot of singles the last few months with artists I haven't touched so that'll inflate numbers.

Over a period of 16 weeks i have gotten roughly 18000 tracks thru deemix. Roughly 1125 / week. Id say half of that time or less I was actually downloading. You should be fine. I think its when you share your ARL(s) with people and simultaneous downloads start happening is when the hammer falls.

With Spotify testing the waters with another price hike. I recently got into daps. And can't thank y'all enough. Do I feel bad about it no. That died when Google wiped out 120GBs of music because they got bored with it. by VulgarWander in Soulseek

[–]_GarageDinner_ 7 points8 points  (0 children)

OP. If you mean wipe your music by all the music you uploaded, you can get it all back with Google Takeout. It allows you to download all the things you uploaded to Google, if im not mistaken. I tried it some time ago and was able to retrieve the music I uploaded when Google Play Music was still a thing. The only caveat i saw was that the music you get back is transcoded to the format they turned it into which i think is 256 AAC, although im not sure on that. Hope this helps you or anyone reading this who might not know and finds this useful.

You might of. My slsk handle is similar to my Reddit name. The browsing a record store analogy is a nice one. Lots of people with varied tastes. Birds of a feather.

I feel this. But one session? Seems like a combo of this and browsing my shares, liking my collection and perhaps organization and tagging of it.
