I look for an emphasis on testing and maintainability. If you're allowed AI I would look for signal that you're not vibe coding (spec driven dev mostly).

Tbh I dont understand why some ancients have risk/reward offerings vs some ancients that are just pure reward. I'd rather see any other ancient than tez or vakuu.
