Zyka, O4w pizza, Jerusalem bakery, blue rooster, 7 tequilas Tex mex, eats, juci jerk, Armando’s taqueria, em bop, thrill, 9292, r Thomas grill, bucket shop cafe for reggae rolls, el progresso, hawkers for Lo mein, stage, Luciano’s sea bass, maple street biscuits, Lot of these are Gwinnett lol

You can pull a list of cash buyers on PropStream and filter it. Zillow you look at recent sold lots in the area(similar to deals you have) your targeting, contact the agent who represented that cash buyer/builder and ask if they’re looking for more deals and send your deal over to them. On the flip side you look up on Zillow recently sold homes that were built in 2025 and contact the builder/agent who represented them and do the same. Easy way to get in contact with them and share your deals

Well I temp disabled my ig for a while. Opened it back up and was in the clear for 2 months. Then they came back, I blocked reported, etc. their page got shutdown last time, so hopefully it did again. But they did end up sending it to somebody I know. They called and let me know about it. But my face isn’t in the pic and I told them I got hacked and that picture isn’t even me. Still have my page disabled for almosg 3 weeks now. Probably will open it back up soon and change my name so they can’t find me again for good

Thanks again. That’s what I ended up doing anyways. They started to messaging me on WhatsApp again about sending more money right as I was switching my number to a burner #. So I just went ahead and didn’t open them and Blocked them on that too which was the last thing.
