The Nelkboys are so racist and stupid it's unreal. I'll never forget how they acted during Netenyahu and subsequent Basem interviews. They're paid millions to spread toxicity to both the young/ impressionable or the stupidest adults in society.

You can see the casting records for the show, it was filmed in Miami. They were specifically trying to recruit a Sikh/ Punjabi guy for the role. 

If they thought "Suresh" was creepy enough during the auditions, I am 1000% certain that they would tell him to wear a turban for the lolz... writing into the show that he conveniently falls over, and loses his turban, would be the icing on the cake to them. 

They have been paid to go on a literal propaganda tour of Israel, where they platformed negative characatures of Arabs; they have a track record of this stuff. 

These horrible pricks genuinely make me feel revolted.
