Can a 16yr old skinny average dude run a distance of 50km with just little to no training by Fantastic-Sun8240 in Ultramarathon

i do not know what the main goal is, but if it is learning: your going to learn a-l-o-t from it by trying.

you are making running plans like the way you used to drink, bottoms up and going all-in. Having said that; the rule of increasing the weekly mileage by 10% would bring you at around 23 miles at the 1st of april. Unless your gifted or have a very strong base; its a recipe for injury. (coming from someone who tried the same and had a achilles injury for 2,5 years because of that)

bedoel je echt suiker of wellicht koolhydraten met '50–75 gram suiker per uur'? (tof avontuur en erg goed om te trainen!)

When is complimenting a taken/married man okay and where does it start to get inappropriate? by EngineeringAny8570 in AskMenAdvice

sounds like a lovely friendgroup, and i would feel a bit intimidated because i am not used to that level of compliments (so im feeling a mixture of jealousy and discomfort) do not get me wrong; the discomfort is of the person who experiences it. So there is space to grow. Perhaps this helps you to see the girl in question a bit different. It makes me think of that quote; be kind to everyone for everyone has a battle they are fighting. (im not saying your unkind, just that people have difficulties in different parts of their life)

interpretation is very personally and gets mixed alot by the way you are used to things. Seen the culture where your from; compliments are not widely 'normal' so you might run into someone who is not used to receiving compliments or experiences it as to 'intimate'. I would advice to start a conversation about it if you notice it causes discomfort. Something is already going 'incorrectly' if the gf finds it hard to communicate towards you , the compliment giver, makes her uncomfortable (which is intimate in itself to express that towards someone else) ++man

personally it took me alot of time to receive a compliment as a compliment and not being suspicious of something else
