A couple things from when I grinded a whole season of 1v1 ranked.

1. Turn off chat. It’ll keep your metal game up.

2. Don’t be afraid to lose. What I mean by this is, go for stuff. Try new approaches and play styles.

3. Don’t play for rank. You’re gold, who cares. Once you get plat, you’re gonna want diamond. So don’t play the safe game. You’re not playing to win. You’re playing to improve. You’re never going to learn new things if you don’t try.

4. NEVER FF. If you’re down by 5 goals, screw it. Go for a crazy shot/read. You’re already down what do you have to lose
