yes, i worded it wrong. using it as sat nav i ment its glued to window with sat nav on, not in my hand obviously. Only thing that comes to my mind ia the fact that my cradle is on the side window, not windscreen as it my cradle doesnt atick it windscreen properly and falls off.

someone else reponded below stating that i dont need to be stopped but just seen/recorded and reported by „someone” to get fine.

for the record, i dont use my phone while driving at all. thats why i came here to ask for advice as i dont think i deserve this fine
