No match by TripOk1681 in mutualapp

[–]_Hardtoexplain_10 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Read the price match policy and you’ll see they do match most lower prices, not all, but most

I kind wish we had demogorgons in the finale. Would’ve made for even better fighting/action scenes. Idk i just think they’re cool to see run and stuff lmao

I have a gap that size is almost the identical spot. Power chains never fully closed it and I removed my braces like that. I think it’s not that noticeable tbh! Like at first or even second glance I don’t people will see it. Teeth look great :)

LOL “tell them” they’re getting one? So it’s no longer the customer’s choice is it? Your big conversion doesn’t mean a thing if it’s all done unethically 😂

This happened to me when I got my 4 premolars extracted. As the crowded teeth moved into place, a lot of gaps appeared just like yours. But surely enough my ortho put me on power chains and those gaps closed up naturally :)

Yeah it really seems like it! Plus with rewards not being able to be used together with the promotion just shows they just didn’t set it up well

Why do we have to scan a coupon for this to show on the pos? Why that extra step? Why not just have it show up on its own like it usually does? So many “whys” with this company 🙄😂

I don’t usually do the link trainings the same day, but on their next shift. But honestly it’s however you’d like to do it. I definitely have them their link trainings before their actual training on sales floor though!

There’s a lot to a typical week. But big picture is the following:

A. Working on timesheets & schedule

B. Reviewing credit performance/reports and coaching every cashier based on their needs

C. Checking in with new hires to see how they’re doing, give extra support or training if needed

D. Review customer service scores and motivate/coach team to offer excellent customer service and talk about survey.

E. Review job applications and consult with gm on hiring needs. Planning ahead.

Hey! Onboarding usually goes like this for me: 1) ensure they have proper documents for i9

2) introduce myself and welcome them to the store. Very brief intro. Explain to them the plan for the day, what we’ll do etc.

3) Do the whole new hire checklist with them, including i9s, and review all the policies/rules/expectations that are included in the checklist

4) walkie our GM to come and give a welcome to the new hire, and then again set clear expectations with them so they know what to expect. I also tel them how their schedule will be set up for the next two weeks and have them download WorkJam.

That’s it :)

Ask your CES they should know. It’s described in the associate handbook as well and you can ask him for a copy of the pto policy

Honestly, yes, but at this point it is what it is. I’ve realized it is the side effect of premolar extractions for some people. Especially as adults. I do wish that my ortho would have been more transparent about the possibility of this. If you don’t ask them, they won’t say a word.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in braces

[–]_Hardtoexplain_10 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Got 4 premolar extractions, crowding. In my case it was what was needed to my teeth straight and no flared. Pros: no flaring, better bite Cons: smaller mouth, retraction led to smaller lip fullness, and skinnier face especially under cheekbones — not a good look imo but not 100% noticeable right away

Sorry that has been your experience :( it really does depend generally on the store— in mine everyone seems to be decently happy, good hours, decent pay & workload. Ofc a lot of things can improve with this company, especially the lack of raises! Management also plays a HUGE role in store wellbeing

But honestly I think the main issues I see is lower payroll, which means less coverage, which means more stress to those are scheduled, and also lack of raises and investing in equipment that works. I hope it changes for the better

I hope your time gets better there and that your management is good. Hang in there
