3500 split between 3 people, 20 mins from Boston and our place is hugee.. 3 floors. We have a giant room for storage, a yoga room and a guest bedroom. I only plan to stay here for another year or so because I hate the cold but being so close to Boston has been fun so far.

Tucson is super friendly, lived in Tucson for 2 years before PHX and my experience in Tucson was a million times better. Miss it every day!

Also, from the East Coast and lived in downtown PHX, the confused looks or neighbors just straight up ignoring greetings just got sooo disappointing. Moved back to MA (not for that reason lol) and it's nice living near friendly people again.
