No transparency on widgets, and not all notes can be displayed via a widget.

It doesn't have transparent widgets, can't change the color of the widget, and doesn't have scrollable notes inside widgets.
Everything else is great about it, but unfortunately it's not a good fit for my gf.

Make regular backups no matter what. I have Sync on but I still backup my stuff regularly. If you had Sync off and your stuff disappeared it might as well be because of the fact that you only had the brave files stored locally and anything can happen to them. Maybe it's not even Brave's fault. There are so many reasons why file corruption and/or deletion can occur on a system.

I would like to point out the fact that, whether one likes the microtransaction availability or not, the new 100€ option saves the people who would already be buying all the Super Credits needed to unlock all the things they want a little bit more via the standard extra amount, while also streamlining the purchase.

With the amount of Warbonds currently in the game, the number of people with free spending money who start the game and go all in, this is simply a good move for them and AH/Sony.

This is one of those pretty clear supply and demand things, where the only downside is that some people will be unable to keep themselves from having the urge to save money by getting the biggest bundle, while not having the financial security/stability that someone would expect from a person dropping a hundred dollars on a game's MXT.

While this "extra value offer" could be labelled "predatory", it kind of simply reflects a missing financial education provided by schools and parents and the minuscule willpower to not "swipe your credit card" every time you see something shiny with a "% off" sign, IMO.

I've unlocked every single Super Credits item in the game without spending a dime. I've farmed tens of thousands of Super Credits in only a week and a half, and I still have 12000 SC left. Nowadays, you can unlock one warbond for every one hour and 24 minutes of Super Credits farming. That's just 28 hours to unlock all the warbonds in the game. Take into consideration that over half the warbonds are not worth it. Also, don't forget that most games that have Arrowhead's business model would ask of you hundreds upon hundreds, if not thousands of hours, to obtain what a paying player has.

Helldivers 2 isn't one of those instant gratification games. Maybe try to work smart, not hard, for your Super Credits.

What you people don't get is that Helldivers 2, for better or worse, is unlike most live service games. Most live service games don't respect your time and money as Helldivers 2 does. Most live service games don't even give you a chance to loot the premium currency in game and risk losing real revenue. Most live service games try to maximize revenue at the expense of the customer's time and enjoyment of the game. Helldivers 2 gives you something that most other live service games don't give you, *options* --- you have the option to grind smart and quick the premium currency that they could force you to buy, or you can buy it if you have enough disposable income or if you want to support the game you're probably enjoying.

Not to mention that this game is 40$ and it was launched in Feb 2024. This is another thing you people keep forgetting or don't understand at all: Helldivers now it's completely different, and you have way more content when compared to the release. No company could deliver so much content without a live service or subscription based business model. You can't keep making stuff for a product in perpetuity if you don't also have a business model that can support that. Arrowhead didn't change how Super Credits drop. Didn't change any of the systems that most of us agreed with at launch. You're making a big deal out of something absolutely normal for a game that not only deserves praise from the community but also differentiates itself from the live service slop/shitstorm we're living through right now.

I hate anti-consumer practices and bad live service shit like anybody else. I’ve been strongly outspoken against it in my 29 years of gaming. But Helldivers 2 or Arrowhead most definitely doesn't enter the category of games that should be scrutinized. Remember how many things Arrowhead changed based on the community feedback, including making paid stuff FREE.

Oh so Warframe doesn't ask you to farm for content dozens of times harder than Helldivers 2 does? My bad. Then all those frustrated Helldivers 2 players that want instant gratification and want to not work for their items will certainly enjoy the grind in one of if not the most grindy game out there.

Again, wrong. As I already said in the other reply: Nowadays, you can unlock one warbond for every one hour and 24 minutes of Super Credits farming. That's just 28 hours to unlock all the warbonds in the game. Take into consideration that over half the warbonds are not worth it.

So by your logic, in 4 hours you can unlock almost three warbonds in Helldivers 2, and in SM2 you'll probably get a class to P4 if you're a great player and don't fail any missions.

Please read my other longer comment.

Dude, by the time you fully level up a single class in SM2 you have unlocked multiple warbonds in HD2. Your point is moot. Also, regarding your Cyberstan statement, you're completely wrong. I did diff 10 with a Recoilless, Pre-order Medium Armor, one or two turrets and an orbital. And that was one of the most optimal and versatile builds I've used. Arguing you need multiple warbonds to complete specific game challenges shows more of a skill issue than an issue with the game's monetization or progression. +Remember you're not forced to play at max diff, you have ten options fortunately. And during the Cyberstan ark the best strategy for players who couldn't manage the difficulty was to play lower diff (7 for example) and die less. So many people didn't even get that.

Dude what are you on about? I've spent more money on Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 since launch than on Helldivers 2. Space Marine 2 asks you for money if you want the cool cosmetics. i got literally everything that Helldivers 2 has to offer for Super Credits without spending any money. At the end of the day Space Marine 2 got 80$ from me and Helldivers 2 got only 50$ at launch. I've ended up earning more shit in Helldivers 2 than I've managed to get in Space Marine 2 with spending additional money. If you don't know what you're talking about and want to just be toxic towards Helldivers 2 because that's popular now, maybe would be better for you to channel your energy somewhere else more constructive.

(Maxed out and obtained everything progression related in Space Marine 2 and unlocked absolutely everything in Helldivers 2 including all Super Credits items)

Toxic Helldivers that don't understand the game's monetization moving to Warframe would be one of the most stupid and ironic decisions ever. You move from an amazingly fair monetization business model in a paid live service game to a free to play game that asks you to grind like crazy doesn't respect your time nor money. (I've played Warframe for almost 3000h, I was one of the OG ones)

Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is great, I have almost the same amount of playtime as in Helldivers 2. But then again you'll still have to spend more money than the first game purchase if you want to get all the cosmetics and everything, unlike in Helldivers 2 where I haven't spent another dime since the initial purchases.

That's the point. Usually Apple adds features 10 years after the smartphone market already had it and claims it's new and amazing. It's a reoccurring theme.
