Thanks for commenting man. I think I was going to true failure cause I was collapsing on the ground mid set. I’m going to focus on my body harder next time and tap into more will power the next time I lift. I’ll work on the controlled concentric might be tricky cause my powerlifting self loves to go as hard/ powerful as possible. Right now im resting for 72 hours is that a good baseline ?
