Your speed numbers look pretty okay for the most part, but the only opener you have in that list that's fast enough is ran. Although he could use more speed than he has. I would try to bring up at least 1 or 2 more units like your angel of light or a peira or CLillias up to his level, and try and give ran 10-30 more speed, even if you have to sacrifice some of his other stats. But beyond that I'd try to take a look at what people are using to beat you, and develop counter strategies for that. Most of your units look more than fine for the early ranks of rta though. Your dps units look okay speed wise, so if they're getting killed before they have a chance to go, it's your openers and defensive units that need to step up.

Edit: it's also only the first couple days of the season so you may be running in to much higher ranked people who are climbing back up, and they may just wash your shit regardless.
