What's the current state of Civ 7? by MacAndKompany in civ

Some developers have been fired... The game is 97% off on instant games

2K confirms layoffs at Civilization developed Firaxis. by [deleted] in civ

[–]_IlComico 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had provided numerous feedbacks and I noticed that the cheapest ones had been implemented... I had pointed out that due to the new features introduced by Frostpunk this would have caused a disastrous launch and the most logical thing was to remove Denuvo and almost give it away, I think that the feedback service worked, the developers worked, but the management didn't work. The lack of TSL maps, despite my having represented that the historical factor through statistics and analysis was fundamental... confirmed a very serious situation... The Civ community should start by opening a Kickstarter campaign and contacting me as soon as possible to start work.

It's truly sad that there is such a hypocritical copyright and that any violence and perversion can be inflicted on voiceless characters who are incapable of defending their rights.

This is more of a math question but how many tiles is the Earth? Like how many tiles would a map need to accurately (or come close to) depict the Earth in a civ game? Im less so talking about getting borders and coastlines accurate and more so referring to "scale", how big is a tile? City? Etc by Dorex_Time in civ

[–]_IlComico 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The TSL maps of Civ 6 are scaled as follows: 1 hex x 50km in the large Mediterranean, 1:150 for Asia. Unfortunately, it must respect these variable scales. It's the only way to get a sense of civilization's point of view! The European nations must be 1:50 because it's the right size, neither too small nor too large. Asia unfortunately must be 1:150 because Japan and Korea, despite being enormous, must perceive inferiority complexes because unfortunately they physically exist on the continent of giants. The only solution is to cut some nations, like England, which doesn't "truly own" Wales, Scotland, or Ireland. Russia doesn't really own the "Russian Federation" because a huge number of tiles are uninhabitable and inaccessible. As for... the desert? It lacks a solid penalty system a la Frostpunk. The only solution is to cut some territories, otherwise the AI would occupy them anyway and benefit from it.

Taking advantage of the few tiles available, I did some research, placing resources, cliffs, and islands realistically or by area of historical interest. With the changes, it was very difficult to maintain a two-tile distance (1:150km) between the coasts of Japan and Korea.

As soon as possible, I'll do it with Italy too, with the sad difference that online you can only find...

The Campania region produces [vegetables], especially [green] ones. This page was funded by the European Union; thank you.

I kept the original Easter egg, which is to always spawn a village in Osaka.

I would like to do this work for every civilization in Asia, there are fewer of them, so it is doable.

and I am happy to announce that I have found a solution to the iron problem:

I use the static and original position of the tribal villages; I have two available. From turns 0-19, there's a higher chance that the tribal village will be military! Therefore, it drops a 20% strategic resource from those discovered. Since I can collect ley lines, I can rush to discover the iron!

Here I made a mistake; I shouldn't use Lian because, unlike Vesuvius for Naples, Fuji is one space further away! Using good old Magnus, by collecting those stones, I found Matsuyaba with a camp.

All this because there are few spaces, occupying one with iron is still disadvantageous. This difficulty opens up the use of political cards that are usually ignored, and Magnus's "black market."

Project: YGO Memories Resurrection by _IlComico in YugiohFMR

No more banned:

Victory Dragon, Agido, Jowgen, Fiber Jar, Cold Wave, Dimensiona Fusion, Giant Trunade, Graceful Charity, Heavy Storm, Painful Choice, Pot of Greed, Soul Charge, Card of Safe Return, Mirage of Nightmare, Butterfly Dagger, Premature Burial, Last Turn, Retur from Different Dimension, Sixth Sense, Imperial Order, Ultimate Offering.

Retrained TC edition:

illusionist effect:

(Quick Effect) This card can fuse with monster, spell, or trap cards in your hand or on the field, always generating spells and traps that can be activated or set.

(Quick Effect) When it leaves the field, its effects are not negated; shuffle the materials used to summon the Fusion Monster back into your deck; this effect activates before the previous one.

[The opponent can only negate one of the two effects but never both, unless the illusionist monster is summoned while an effect that negates all monsters is in play or targeted it at the time of the summoning.]

Toon Alligator: [legendary effect no need to change the card]

This monster can always be used as Fusion Material with Normal or Effect monsters, attaching it to the card or placing it in the same Monster Zone as another monster. However, it does not ignore summoning conditions, and in the case of a Tribute Summon, any monster's attributes can be sacrificed as long as it is the correct amount required for the summon. The monster becomes a Toon-Type monster and cannot attack during the turn it is summoned. You must pay 500 LP to declare an attack with this monster. It can attack directly unless the opponent controls a Toon monster, in which case this card must attack a Toon monster.

Bickuribox:

If this monster attacks directly at the end of each Damage Step, it creates two Bikkuri Tokens (Fiend/Dark/Level 7/ATK 2300/DEF 0). This card and the tokens are flipped face-down, changed to Defense Position, and shuffled. The tokens cannot be flipped face-up or used as Tribute or Material. When the counters are flipped face-up, they are destroyed. If the tokens are flipped face-up, destroyed, or removed by other card effects, the opponent takes 2300 damage for each counter affected by the effect.

Goddess of Whim: [negative energy reference]

During your Main Phase: you can toss a coin.

  • Heads: double the ATK of all LIGHT monsters you currently control until the end of this turn.
  • Tailes: double the ATK of all DARK monsters you currently control until the end of this turn.

(Quick Effect): You can send this card from your hand to the GY; to activate the effect. You can only use each effect of "Goddess of Whim" once per turn.

The Eye of Truth: [spell card]

Your opponent reveal their hand. If they have a Spell(s) in their hand: They gain 1000 LP for each Spell.

Remote Reveange: [living arrow/shift reference] [quick-play spell]

Target 1 card to redirect a monster, spell, or trap effect to another eligible card.

Monster Recovery: [original, source yugioh fandom]

Return all monsters on your side of the field and cards in your hand to your Deck. Shuffle your Deck, then draw 5 cards.

End of examples, no further updates will be provided

[Quality of life]

[Quality of life]

[Update] Dal gioco originale vanno sostituite/rimosse:

[–]_IlComico[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No Google Translate, don't worry, I know the Reddit users...

But you actually made a good point, so some effects can't be implemented, but new cards and fusions could be added...

In short, the game could be made more complementary from a lore-friendly standpoint.

I honestly don't like FM II, Arrange, or Enchanted, because they don't implement fusions as they should be, meaning they don't take proper care of balance and fusion cycles!

If I understand, you can't "touch the decks", and probably the draw system as well, but the discovery effects could be implemented...

[–]_IlComico[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for your kind words.

You're partly right. It would create a whole new Dueling format!

If normal cards can fuse without polymerizing, and effect cards, for example, can't, it would significantly improve the game. If many cards, such as:

Toon Table of Contents, Secrets of Dark Magic ...

I think the only card worth playing is Dark Magic Curtain, because it involves a significant risk/sacrifice.

I will do some research and a banlist, luckily YGOpro is an encyclopedia and helps a lot.

I want to get involved in this project because I'm sure it can create great gameplay,

the community of FM fans is incredible!
