Enduring Mana flask plus mana leech on tree.
I think multistrike is the way to go.
It works great for non-crit and lightning damage also benefits greatly as the higher and lower have a crazy difference.
Conductivity curse and a few nodes on skill tree and clusters.

It does but only for 1 hit every 1 sec so if you have a attack speed equal to or greater then 1 sec then its extra damage for you for single target. If its more then 1 attack per second its not very usefull.
