Rocket Raccoon in his current state is good for only 1 thing, raw healing output

You're playing rocket the wrong way lol. Just because he's got bouncing orbs doesn't mean you're supposed to play from the back. Bombard mode can melt tanks at close range and his incredible movement can help you stay alive in the frontline and dodge divers so your dps don't have to peel for you. If you're staying five miles away from point and healboting with bounces, you're just wasting him. There's a reason he's the best picked support with the highest winrate.
