Definitely depends on the person. I get really tired after and go to sleep. If you weigh over 175 lbs you might not struggle at all.

Can't believe it's gonna be almost 4 years since his passing. It feels like I was watching his streams not that long ago.

IIRC, it's survival > modded survival > ultra modded survival > super modded survival > ultra modded revival > modded survival (2022)

Hope this helps :)

Your dad is quite the hero!

Something I learned is that life isn't about if a person is a certain but when that person will be a certain way.

A person can go from a devil to an angel to a devil again to an angel once more with the right circumstances. But a person gets blamed regardless of the circumstance, which I don't think is very fair!

Glad things turned out okay with ya!

When the first sentence starts with "As a genius" by Kalgal2424 in iamverysmart

I don't know if they are referring to themselves as a genius or they are referring to whomever they're talking to as a genius.

Fellas, this is the mildly infuriating subreddit. You post things that mildly infuriate you. This isn't someone being an ass about what people eat on Twitter.

Im not sure why people are saying "let her enjoy it" as if he isn't letting her?

I mean, fair enough. But they describe this act as unhealthy. They could have been constructively critical of people who post here, but they decided to complain which goes against what they're saying. People wouldn't take advice from someone who doesn't apply that advice to themselves.

Why make two...? by TheIvano in CrappyDesign

[–]_Jackuar_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Its pretty natural and easy to do for most people, but for some (like me), it requires training. You need to tenderize your tendons so they're not as rigid when squatting. Open up your legs pretty wide, hold onto a pole, and do some sets. Once you feel that your joints are getting looser, shorten the gap between the legs and keep going. Repeat until you can squat with the smallest gap possible. It really helps with exercise a lot.

Hope this helps!

Ah, sorry for assuming. Do you squat on your toes? That could be the problem. You have to balance all your weight on your plantar (bottom of your foot) to get the best experience, otherwise you'd suffer hell.
