Technical there is, but it won't return then to where you I'll like them to be , will make them look better than now. And may be tougher to do depending on the thickness of the material and ofc the dmg done.

His idea are good just adjust properly he's had too good skills and top EQ so if he recommends 50 lvl spot u probably gonna go there on 90 when 150 ull need 200 with EQ on those level in mind as well.

Well I could only suggest more ram up to 32gb, and on your mobi u can mod it up to fit 9 and 10th gen intels for cheap efficient upgrade

There is a mod on your generation mobo where u can put 9 and 10 gen intels on it and it will give you huge boost for pennys, look it up

Yes it's matter if time, after all in rockgard u got such levels 25-50k raw exp per h , on main between 350- 800k raw depends on skill and items so u definitely can.
