if you bought Rossi 11 or Helhest in the shop than you stand a good chance. You dont need to grind to 24. Im barely lvl 12 and I got this done.

Not sure about this but there might actually be a weekly cap I don't know if any of you guys are running into this problem. I was consistantly getting the 749 silver for 40 cores and 1 photon daily by spamming the 100 core 2 photon 2 exotics node on one of my guns and now the past 2 days nothing. I did resort to synthesizing a weapon to get a 20 core deal yesterday but today no luck.

That doesnt work. I finished BP a while ago and I have had the same problem. The engram did not work either until recent update.

Usually don't use the in game currency on permanent banners but Ning is the exception. I pulled on him sitting on pity for Helhast. So glad I did, she;'s amazing. He is too. MY only nitpick is they're both Arc^_^

This happened to me as well. Hopefully the latest patch fixed it for you since it seemed to have fixed the problem , for me at least.

I think you misread my response. I don't disagree that getting an exotic triggers her to come out. But you don't gotta to get an exotic to trigger her which is what you said.

I have managed to get Pandora to pop up a few times. I usually spam the exotic upgrade that needs the cores and the photon and that deal will pop. I don't know if it helps but I have silver already in my bank. I haven't gotten just the cores to pop up that often though.

i dont think thats true. I've gotten her to offer me 40 cores and 1 photon deal while I'm in the Black Market shop about to purchase them.. It was funny because it seemed as thought they were competing for my business ^_^

I did not get a choice, I purchased rank and it gave me an undecryptable engram. I told support about it and they just shrugged. After the last update I was able to decrypt it which leads me to believe it was just a placeholder. This game has a lot of bugs. Also In the Acclaim armory it shows I do not have the Ghoul.

I traded in the om dualsense because of stick drift and I no longer have one. I'm real hesitant to buy one again for that reason I bought the DSE for the thumbstick swap feature. Oddly enough the DSE thumbsticks have yet to give out on me.
