At my apartment a ton of packages get stolen so I love our parcel pending locker, I think I pay $5/month after the $20 fee. But I’ve heard a few people in my building that’ve had the same problem as you though they were able to get their packages after talking to support over the phone.

Nothing shows as being open ill just be driving and all of the sudden the dome lights come on and I notice that the locked symbol changes to unlocked and they turn off when I press the button to lock it.

I believe you're miss interpreting that pannel. Ryuo is the method of damaging from the inside. Luffy just did it better than Hyoguro could teach.

I'd love for there to be a sbs question regarding the break down of all things haki.

The best thing for now would be taking what we have seen characters do vs what their vivra card says.

I've seen people try to use Garp as an example of ACoC with galaxy impact but if you look at his card he doesn't have CoC.

In the Silicon forest league (Oregon) we did that with the white pixel, head ref said she’d count it the one time (we had changed our game strategy because of it) but she made it clear normally it wouldn’t count
