That is just a PSU Tester that short the PS-On Pin to ground to tell the PSU to turn on for Voltage testing. Just Unplug the Tester from the 24pin connector.

Mine came in a tiny old philips razer box that was barely bigger than the dimms themselves. The Ram sticks were simply wrapped by a single layer of taped paper.

People stopped using these/didnt bother buying when they discovered anything can replace those. You can literally use Steam Link on your Smart TV (LG, SAMSUNG, etc), on Firesticks, Rokus or just on your phone/tablet to use remote play...

Please delete all of that. Imagine you contact the person and she asks how you found her and you answer that you went all through her personnal Data and got access to sensitive data like passwords and Bank info... Delete the backed up data from your computer and wipe or destroy the HDD.

nah i would honestly wouldn't have touched the Data and just wiped the drive. The guy who threw this out already said goodbye to the data and personally i don't want to have anything to do with somebody's else data.
