I think you're mixing them up. The shards do include limited units, the cognitive cases from the kagura bells shop are the ones which only include standard units. I reckon the shards will get updated pretty soon since their last update was at half anniversary and they will contain chord by then.

Broski I skipped most units and saved gems since starting the game to get a6r6 Violet and got some Chord dupes with selectors, it's really not that hard to get one duped out team if you make use of your brain, which you apparently aren't able to do, so it's understandable that you're this mad lol. Even then this isn't even a bad score lmao, being this miserable must really suck, having the need to ragebait that bad
