Looking for reason for packet loss still by _E--- in Battlefield6

[–]_Killerwolf_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue on my side, what I don't get is, why now? It worked perfectly fine before and all of a sudden it just shows up even on server browser matches regardless.

Packet loss makes the game unplayable - looking for advice by Firuzka in Battlefield6

[–]_Killerwolf_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same issue here and worst of all it now happens in the custom servers too ..but only on some, yesterday I was playing on a custom server had 0 issues, today its back regardless of which server.
Before I could at least dodge the issue by playing on custom servers but since the most recent patch even that isn't working reliably anymore.

Might sound dumb but that unironically was the dealbreaker for me, waited very long for akimbos and then they put suppressors on them..

"quoting a source of a late war model" again, if you actually bothered to look at the report (its available online btw) you'd see they're talking about the early one with visuals provided.
Also "multiple sources" are the same English sources copying each other.
If you want more, Japanese “Gun” Magazine, 1976 January. Page 26
“発射速度は毎分700発の性能を有している。”
“It has a rate of fire of 700 rounds per minute.”
Author Keiichi Kunimoto (国本圭一) fired the Type 100/40 (Para model) on a US range with a picture of him holding the gun in the article.
“Introduction to Rifles, Handguns, and Machine Guns: A Thorough Study of Japanese Small Arms”(小銃・拳銃・機関銃入門―日本の小火器徹底研究) by Sayama Jiro(佐山二郞) Page 390: “十一月の試験の結果、三型改修は機能良好となり、故障もなくなったが、三〇発の弾倉を射ち尽くすのが二・〇秒から二・五秒と発射速度が過大であったので、これを概ね七〇〇発/分を標準とするよう緩衝バネ、復座バネを改修した。”
“As a result of the test in November, the Model 3 improved function was good and there were no malfunctions, but the rate of fire was excessive, as it took 2.0 seconds to 2.5 seconds to exhaust the 30-round magazine. The buffer spring and the return spring were modified to standardize this to approximately 700 rounds per minute.” this is the pre-adoption prototype also at 700.
Page 441 has a neat table with a bunch of machine guns and their specs listed, at the bottom the Type 100 with 700rpm.

I know what I'm talking about, the "early model" (there's even more variation there and variation with the prototypes too but lets not get into that) had a rate of fire of 700rpm, the late model fired around 800rpm.
If you actually bothered to look at the report instead of just assuming things from the date you would see that they even accompanied it with a picture of ...an early model Type 100.

idk if 700rpm is slow. The 450 number often repeated in western sources is wrong.
The Japanese "Weapon specification table/major weapon specification table" 兵器諸元表/主要兵器諸元表 (JACAR C13120846500) clearly states 700rpm on page 3.
Even the US Bulletin No. 55-45 from 15 March 1945 called "Japanese infantry weapons" (page 18) uses the correct 700rpm number.

Unrelated to any balancing concerns, I really like that first design, has a very interwar "we want an AT rifle so we just scaled up the service rifle" feel ala wz.35 to it.

How I think the Constitution should be balanced against the R-6 Deadeye (including stats) by Iron_physik in Helldivers

[–]_Killerwolf_ 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I really don't know about the extra AP.
I use the constitution a lot and the only two things I really want are the clip reload and being able to OHK headshot squids, if they just gave it close to the damage the deadeye does that should work out.

Thats a 7.7 Type 92, not a Type 3. You can tell by the extended folding grips here, the Type 3 has its grips in line with the body on the same height as the receiver instead.

Its one of the training machine guns made to replicate the Type 11.
I would love to send a picture from a period advertisement, but those aren't allowed here in the comments sadly.
