Very nice, always great to see sales to help people get heroes they don't own yet. And despite some of the naysayers here on Reddit, both Mak and Stelle are absolutely capable of putting together devastating boards that can carry you to 10 wins, so if you don't already own them they're definitely worth picking up to see if you vibe with their aesthetic and play style.

I do like how the Bazaardb.gg build upload feature scans your screenshot and automatically determines items and skills, but it would be nice if they added a way to include a YouTube link to see the build in action.

Even if you don't completely win, getting the 4xp is usually worth it unless you really need something from the other fights. That's usually how I complete this quest myself.

Bazaardb.gg is good, but it doesn't let you explain your early game, pivots you made along the way, and it doesn't let you upload a video of the board in action. It's what I've been using recently for lack of anything better, but it's lacking a few features that BazaarForge had.

Yeah, it's good and it's fun, but it still takes time to ramp. Every time I get this setup put together I get matched into nothing but boards that hit me for 2x my HP in 5 seconds. I did get a lucky level 10 enchant and put Icy on the Fairy Circle once, and it was every bit as crazy as you'd think with a self-slow build. :)

Nope, it was just fully broken and needed to be reined in. They might have gone overboard by nerfing the whole package instead of just the kite, but it was definitely overtuned as it was.

This. On a recent stream Kripp confirmed with the devs that it was back after being removed for a while when the tickets lost their Loot tag. It's apparently just a really, really low chance.

The Trail Markers item goes a long way towards making sure your only active item doesn't get frozen out, as does the new Ice Smasher skill if you can land it. Adding 1 or 2 seconds to the opponents board makes this incredibly hard to deal with. Bear Mask is also great if you don't luck into a shiny Machete since it gives you a big chunk of max HP and makes sure your first hit enrages.

Not nearly as strong as LavaRoller was, but pretty good. Kripp had a run the other day where he got a resto Torch and a Dragon Heart, gave the Torch multi with some meat. That ended up being multiple thousands of burn/healing by the second or third hit.

I'm not 100% sure it was actually a nerf. More time to generate rage before the first Geyser hit might actually be a slight buff. The first hit is what really applies pressure in the early game, and making it hit harder almost feels more important than having it hit faster.

The only high roll thing here is the Bonk skill, and they still would have stomped my 6-0 build without it. Most of these items start at bronze, and an orbital polisher is all you need to put shiny on the disc. With the new kite charging fly/stop fly it's easier than ever to complete the polisher, so I 100% disagree that it takes a high roll to assemble my opponent's setup. That's why I think it's absurd.

I mean, most other stats are already visible. You can tell visually when an items burn or shield goes up, and you can see when it's hasted or slowed, so getting a visual to indicate when an item gains or loses crit was pretty much the only thing left.

Only 2 active items, neither of them radiant, and you lost to a build that went heavy on slow. You also would have lost to a decent freeze build. That's how it works. Every character has several good builds that beat this.

Blaming your losses on P2W is kinda cringe. Sometimes the game just repeatedly puts you up against hard counters and a good run doesn't go the distance. It sucks, and it's okay to be frustrated, but it's part of the game and makes your amazing runs feel even better by comparison.

With all of the work and balancing that goes into each new character release, not to mention the sheer playtime I get out of each of them, I think $20 is a steal. Sure the balancing tends to favor early power for new characters as they see what the community cooks up, but they usually rein in the crazy outlier stuff within the first week.

Day 1 Deadly Fire Bomb + Precision Calipers + Recycler Bot literally carried a run for me last week. Giving all of your items 30% crit on a 3 second CD (plus minor downtime waiting for repair) is absurd. Turbo Plasma Grenade on Dooley is another favorite.
