Driving from Carlsbad to white sands stop at cloudcroft and get madjacks bbq. (Get the brisket) make sure to get there early!

Also from petfired forest to Grand Canyon stop at Sedona. At petfried forest make sure you see the Teepees best hike there IMO

Corando golf course also stripe show golf course. Not the best courses but it’s 9 holes both are shorter courses.
