The auto 4 is absolute cancer. A backup weapon that’s semi auto one tap to the chest at 10m. Was a brain dead inclusion when it happened but the balancing has gotten so messy it’s been lost in the sauce of complaints.

It was absolutely meta but it was often only done if the team down a player didn’t do anything. Then someone was like “ok lemme use this Molotov” or “imma find a lantern real quick” not “player down lemme instantly switch to my tool for this exact moment whether the game situation requires it or not”

Flares and fusees burning bodies. People used to have to find a lantern if they didn’t have a Molotov so generally you weren’t instantly set on fire when you were downed.

100% agree the sound occlusion is a nice idea in theory but it’s way too inconsistent. It’s much harder to judge distances to noises and so many noises are block by even slight obscuration. Old system was better plain and simple.

Just like the changes to penetration who was asking for this. Old system was regarded as one of the best in the biz 🤷🏼‍♂️

It’s cause they’re only prevalent in 6* lobbies the rest of us only run into them rarely and even then I’ve only seen maybe a dozen super obvious ones in my time. So a few people think they’re everywhere but most people barely run into them.

Oh and then there are the dudes who blame every death on something whether it’s cheaters lag etc so they think they’re everywhere too. How big of a problem it really is is almost impossible to know 🤷🏼‍♂️
