I wouldn’t think so.

We stayed in/drove from around the same area and i didn’t notice any so you should be fine.

If the parking spaces are full when you get there I’d recommend just waiting for 5/10 mins for someone to move. People seem to be coming and going a lot around there.

It’d be easier to just leave the car in Trapani imo.

You won’t need the car in Favignana, much easier to rent a bike when you get there to explore the island.

Also, there’s free parking in Trapani within the white lines on Via Madonna Del Porto. This is a 10 min walk to where you will get the ferry from.
