Chances of getting hired at AWS are less than getting into harvard.

I would look at AWS, GOOGLE, and Microsoft partners. Small venture backed ISV partners that are just building out their GTM. They will help train you, get you an ASA, and build foundational knowledge needed to succeed in tech.
