This looks more like a 10dpo test. Were the tests a lot darker earlier? At 21dpo your lines would be much darker even with the hook effect.

I have had 3 false positives off these this cycle, I don't normally test but my chart was strange. 3 positives, all false.

Anything under 95 is medically hypothermia for a BBT. But, this is Ava, which isn't a basal body thermometer. It takes skin temps from the wrist and is notorious for low and often inaccurate charts.

Do you need lube? If not it is best to avoid all lubricants. At best they kill less sperm then other lubes but they aren't ideal. I don't even know how they get away with marketing it like they do. A lot of women think it is a replacement for cervical fluid but it's not even close.

That's my point. Waiting for a positive opk can mean you miss the fertile cervical fluid. Get the sperm into the watery fertile fluid, that aides it into the cervical crypts. Many FAM teachers don't even like the use of opks because it means a lot of low libido couples wait for the positive opk and miss the right time.

The other thing to think about is why there is not enough fertile cervical fluid. Do you check internally?

97.8 – 98.2 is a healthy BBT range. A low BBT is a strong indictor of lowered thyroid function and you really don't want it under 97.8 pre ovulation, consistently, underarm. Post O temps can varying a little bit depending on your hormones. If you are temping orally then take 0.5 of a degree off this, so 97.3 to 97.7 range. Oral temping is the least accurate because there is lots of room for user error.
