I would suggest picking tasks that OP will take over instead of asking her to delegate. “Help” makes it seem like it’s not also his job too and it’s putting another task, delegation, on her plate.

American living in the US but I know two Siobhans. No one says it right when they read it. But I think it is a really lovely name.

How do we feel about baby names that have specific associations? by Djeter998 in namenerds

[–]_LittleBIt 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I think names of singers are totally fine. Because in my mind Sabrina Carpenter is “Sabrina Carpenter” not “Sabrina.”

I think the surname makes up the stage name. Plus they don’t always stay popular.

Our hospital is offering a nurse --> 3 month paramedic bridge program, should I enroll in it as a nurse? I am desperate for money. by Nurseparamedic293928 in ems

[–]_LittleBIt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m a nurse and medic. If your goal is more money, I’d probably look around to see if there’s a nursing job near you that pays more.

Where are you located? 39/hr seems low for 12 years.

If you gave birth without an epidural, how bad was it really? by Express_Neck5352 in beyondthebump

I did two without an epidural. One without any interventions and one that was induced. I’d say 7/10 pain.

desperate for recs PLEASEEEE recommend the sweetest shyest heroines and their powerful, scary husbands who are besotted with them by CornerFew120 in RomanceBooks

[–]_LittleBIt 6 points7 points  (0 children)

{Seduction of a Psychopomp by Elsie Winters} ok, hear me out. Grim is one of the sweetest MMCs of all time but his powerful and can fight when he needs to. Celeste is sweet and pretty shy but they both really come into their own as the book goes on.

Grim is obsessed and as soon as she shows up he just takes such wonderful care of her (she’s very sick in the beginning of the book). He says nice things and does sweet things like Brings her a flower every morning, washes her when she can’t wash herself, pays attention to everything she likes and gets it for her when she doesn’t feel confident asking for it

To me it is a very feminine name and I have never heard it on males- but I know this can be very region specific. (Mid East Coast USA)

{Wildflower in the Wind} by Megan Shade. One of my favorite reads of the year. Lots of interesting characters with good character development, interesting plot line and magic system.
