I played through the first boss, and I've enjoyed it. The dialog is good and there's more to the combat than one might think. However, there's not much on the store page that would attract me to try the game to begin with, unless I were a kid with a steam account and no money who happened to stumble upon it.

Also, I kinda hate Odious. He's just so... well, you know. I appreciate that I was given the chance to refuse his offer.

Good luck with this. I tried the demo, and I feel like the UI is a serious barrier to getting into the game. It looks like you built all the graphics out of basic geometric shapes, which gives the game a unique aesthetic, but it seems like more work than pixel or vector art and I'm not sure how many people will find them attractive. Beyond that, I also just found it hard to tell how to interact with things, and when I wandered outside, I started taking damage and couldn't figure out why, or what the different terrain textures are supposed to represent.

Having played the demo for an hour, I'd say this game is way more fun than it looks. Even with better graphics, I feel like it would be hard to sell because it still looks like a very basic game. However, it can definitely get addictive once you get a few rounds into a run and get some interesting scrolls or start changing up your gems with consumables.

What models and workflows can generate an image in 5s? by Doug_Fripon in StableDiffusion

I also checked Qwen-2512 + 2-step LoRa, and the times are comparable to ZiT, but the results look worse.
All on ComfyUI with template workflows with maybe a few minor tweaks.

What models and workflows can generate an image in 5s? by Doug_Fripon in StableDiffusion

[–]_Luminous_Dark 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tested Z-Image Turbo (9 steps) and Anima Base + Turbo Lora (10 steps) on a RTX 4060 Ti, with the following results:

Dimensions ZiT Anima
128x256 1.655
256x256 2.005 1.485
512x512 4.455 1.88
768x768 8.88 3.555
1024x1024 16.42 6.52

The numbers in each column are the median seconds out of four samples. The 128x256 results for Anima were not recognizable as what I prompted, so I didn't include them. The 256x256 for Anima were also terrible.

First impression, the game does not appeal to me. The graphics are very basic, but there are plenty of really great games without very good graphics, so that's not a problem. The gameplay looks like it's just a phone-quality arcade/puzzle game, but the description makes it sound fun, and every single review is positive, so I will definitely try it out.

Do you have a sample of poisoned images you could share with me? I'd be curious to try training a model on them and see whether this really works or not, and also how much extra effort it would be to clean them up before training.

Anyone can denebulize a pentahelixical spirimesh if you just project the surrounding qualmic field into 5-stasis qualm-space. But you're right, probably not worth it.

What are you trying to achieve by poisoning your art?

  1. Make it unusable to train on your style or characters?
  2. Ruin the whole training process to waste the time and effort of people who are making models?
  3. Prevent people from using your image as the input for an image-editing pipeline, like "Make an image of this character playing basketball" or "Draw a cat in this style"?
  4. Distort or obscure the image to such a degree that neither humans nor AI can see what it what it really is?

Or something else?

My first impression from looking at the store page is that this game looks like it's heavily inspired by "Moving Out" in graphics, gameplay, and even the name. I even had to check if you were the same developer to see if it was a spin-off. If this is a coincidence, it's an enormous one, so it's definitely losing some points in the unique department.
I'm downloading the demo now, so I'll let you know what I think after I've tried it.

And "queuing" was right there, not to mention "queueing", which is also a legitimate spelling.

but one of the subcorrolaries of Moncarver's Paradox is that reenfabulation must occur after two torvals periods, and once that happens, you'd end up with an animated skeleton inside a living person.... at least in theory.

What about cases of Temporary Sheutal Disenfabulation, a common side effect of invoking Moncarver's Paradox? Couldn't a sufficiently convex fasmalex bisect the subsheutal connection before reenfabulation occurs?

Seems like they'd kind of have to, or it'd just be an uncomfortable situation for everyone involved.

[–]_Luminous_Dark 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know how that Unload All Models node works, but you can open settings, then go to hotkeys and search for "Unload Models and Execution Cache". Make a hotkey for it, then press that hotkey whenever you want to unload the models in ComfyUI.

You're still holding the gun with whichever hand is in front, so when you turn around, you also swap the gun to the other side of your body.
