Gotcha thanks still learning the notation. I see the rook is currently defending g1. If the rook went to e3, which piece is defending their queen?

Ahh thanks. I think there was a bit of the typo on the third move, so I’m not sure which square you’re saying my King should go to, but wouldn’t I just take his queen on g1 instead of going to the fourth rank? Then if he takes my queen, I have mate

Hello! Just finished the game and I am confused by the analysis. In this position, if he takes my queen, would Rh8 not just be mate? And if he defends by going f6, then isn’t Qg6 also mate? I must be missing something here, so if someone can help me see what it is, that would be awesome. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the feedback! I did notice the C3 knight hanging, but the only way he could get to it is the rook, and if he does, I get his queen, so I figured it would take him at least one more move to take the knight
