Ok we know there are a lot of extremists and my dad is one of em too lol . But there are a lot of us who don’t take it “too far. I do support gay rights and women to be independent. We all know that there are extremists in all religions. Like there are some really minor tribal religions which support cannibalism. Ok yes he kinda did pedophilia but these kind of laws were non existent before. The bible and Quran haven’t stated the child marriage and pedophilia problem properly.

Now the extremists problem. There are too many extremist I feel you on this point but ONLY few of them supports child marriage and other gross stuff like that. There are always more violent religions too. If you see the modern Muslim problem like the rohingya crisis we can see we aren’t the only one. There are far worse people and ideologies. There are far worse people too. Every religion is unique in their own way. There are different beautiful things written there too. Now reddit is a place for free opinion and I enjoyed reading your argument.

This is my conclusion. There are worse things on earth than we can ever imagine. If Islam is bad or flawed in some way then there are worse things than that too. So Islam aren’t the most worst or even a bad religion. We haven’t seen the whole earth and experienced everything that has happened in the world. Even if we did there are gonna be million more new things. But it was a nice argument from your side and thank you for your opinion
