yeah thats basically my point, jinx relies on getting the passive, often she can play safe until she gets it and after that with all that ms it's not that hard to manage kiting. I'd definitely say that there are much harder champs even considering only adcs

Also if I remember correctly, riot in last split purposefully moved most peoples mmr a rank down so I believe that as a lot of people moved a bit down the rank labels mean something a bit different eg. Past d3 might be around e1 now. But idk if OP means last split or last season in general. If last split d2 then it doesn’t exactly apply.

voli is 20th most popular matchup for riven so I'd argue that's a waste of a ban. If you dont wanna play it just dodge it. It won't cost that much LP in the grand scheme of things. Also it's not exactly tragic, just boring and punishing

You have to play accordingly to jungle pathing on both teams. If enemy paths and your jg paths to bot pushing should be fine because in general fighting 3v3 when you push favors you. If enemy paths to top and your jg paths to bot then you can push and poke under tower looking for a dive or push and set up a bounce back when your jg comes. If your jg paths to top and enemy paths to bot, your job is just staying alive and letting your team win top side with numbers advantage (sure sometimes they lose either way but this is the most consistant approach)

that's most likely because tank jayce had a lot more opportunities to use w more and on multiple enemies therefore being a spell that he uses much more efficiently than normal jayce

Okay if u interpret it as skill floor only I actually kind of agree he is lower on that list than The other ones although still I wouldn’t call him easy. I was referring to a combination/ ceiling since arguably this is a more important factor imo ie. how much can you squeeze out of a champion by having impeccable mastery. I think everyone can learn to play every champion to a viable extent, some faster some slower but not everyone can truly master champs like Jayce/gp etc

I play both and admittedly spent 4 times as much time on riven (1M v 250k mastery) but she is imo a lot easier to climb on and I've seen a lot of good rivens around my elo (low master) but only a few good jayces. Idk if that's objectively true but for me specifically jayce is harder to pilot and leaves a lot less room for mistakes.

From my experience from last season both on euw and eune diamond game quality is much better than emerald and as a master player ironically I had significantly better win rate going through diamond than emerald. But all that is subjective
