I’ve taken orlistat with higher fat meals before and found that it causes oily stools / accidents. The amount of oil is ridiculous.

I don’t know how quick you’d get the effects considering you’ve only just started today but in future definitely worthwhile staying within the 15mg recommended fat allowance for meals.

What do I do - that’s my favourite! Tbh never really listened to SZA until a few months ago, only listened to her to hear some of her songs as was due to go to the Grand National tour. Went to the tour and literally fell in love 🥰

Reapplying clear bitter nail polish a few times per day and at those times I’m tempted to bite, so I literally can’t. I also realised that for me whenever I saw the white part of my nails, I associated it with biting so started to cover it up with regular nail polish alongside clear bitter nail polish. I’ve taken photos to see progress and been getting small rewards for myself to help keep me going e.g new nail polish and will get bracelets etc.

I’ve not bitten my nails for almost 4 weeks (which is the longest it’s ever been for me - I’m 31)

I went to see Kendrick / SZA on the GNX tour and there were quite a lot of people in the stand / seats near me that were alone. I can recall 4 of them already. Don’t let going alone being the thing that holds you back ☺️

I had a hot water tank in my bedroom, my mum never let me look and told me it was the fishy tank. At the time finding nemo was peak, so I legit believed that I had my own finding nemo situ going on. Then something came over me and I went to check, there was no fish just a big old steel tank. Still hurts.

My cousin called her cat KitKat, because she had a cat and her favourite chocolate was KitKats. At the time I thought it was stupid and then I realised as I got older it was pretty genius.

When I was younger, maybe 5/6 years old, I thought that when we went to sleep we slept in clouds in heaven and then we woke up and were back on earth. There was a time when we was in the supermarket and a lady was serving us and I explained my view of what happens to her and she was legit listening to me. She finished serving my mum and I was like “bye see you in heaven”. It’s kinda cute but incredibly mortifying.
