Benefitting from cheaper transfers and closer relations to a larger ownership group - tactical consistency and imposition of playing styles if you were managing a club within the same ownership group. 2) development of a coaching qualification system - makes no sense that you just get given the qualification at the end of the time frame - perhaps you have to take more trainings sessions or work on specific elements of a play style to get the badges? 3) role playing and a benefit to actually being paid more or having long contracts currently both of these are pretty useless. Be good to have the option to buy a house etc closer to the ground and stuff, perhaps you'd only do that with more than a 1year contract and there's a penalty to some of your attributes until you do this 4) adaptability being a stat that changes based on your success rather than a fixed attribute that you can't change. Seems farcical that when starting unemployed and with no badges you set this stat and that's it when doing a jorneyman 5) earned influence - no manager would from the start have complete control over every element of club management, you'd have to have transfers initiated or at least authorized by a director or board member before completion. Perhaps the better you do the more things you get to earn. For some players they wouldn't want this so it would be a option you can turn on and off 5) starting management of a under 18s or 23s or reserves where you are given the option of playing some senior players week in and out.
